The business around IVF can often be harsh on women's health and well-being, with decisions frequently made without proper lifestyle data about the patient. Leeaf envisioned tracking a woman's lifestyle, mood, and health to provide doctors with essential data for making informed decisions, ultimately increasing the chances of success. However, it was just an idea at the beginning, lacking a target group, insights, or any concrete details.

Through extensive conversations with dozens of women and IVF clinics, we identified a connection between IVF success and various aspects of the patient's life before treatment. Utilizing behavioral segmentation, we pinpointed the right metrics to measure and identified the ideal target audience for the project. We developed an app, extensively tested it with women globally, and began crafting an interface for IVF clinics. Our innovative concept of a 'data-infused' IVF decision process for doctors has initiated a positive change in the industry.

Fairventures had a brilliant idea: to connect production companies seeking to offset their carbon footprint with local farmers in East Africa and Indonesia. The challenge lay in the absence of proof that farmers were indeed planting trees and that the carbon was being effectively stored and consumed. We required quality data as evidence for these production companies and needed farmers to not only perform their tasks correctly but also understand the entire process.

To bridge the gap between these two groups and expand the project, we conducted in-depth interviews, usability tests, and workshops with around 100 farmers. The result was a mobile app designed for farmers, one-day workshops to guide them in succeeding with the projects, and ongoing communication. The app allows farmers to map their land for project application, learn about tree planting and cultivation, and, through an algorithm, measure carbon consumption by taking photos of growing trees. Currently, millions of trees are being planted, and the project is gaining increasing recognition.
